Kanyukov V.N., Stadnikov A.A., Trubina O.M., Yakhina O.M. EXPERIMENTAL MODELING OF TRAUMATIC CORNEAL INJURIES [№ 12 ' 2014] There was modeled erosion of the cornea by the method of S. Hanna, J.E. O'Brien, alkaline corneal burn by Obenberger method, acid burn of the cornea, by analogy with the alkali burn in the eyes of experimental animals (rabbits). The state of the animals was assessed clinically and morphologically in dynamics. The study has shown that these models reflect the essence of reparative processes and the data, obtained in the experiment, can be extrapolated to the clinic.
Dogareva N.G., Bogatova O.V., Stadnikova S.V. INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT VEGETABLE FATS OVER QUALITY OF RECOMBINED CONDENSED MILK. [№ 1 ' 2014] The lack of milk-product problem has been examined. It is possible to solve this problem replacing milk fat by fat of vegetable origin. The problem of directed and balanced nutrition can be also solved using fat methods in food industry in terms of vegetable oil. The results of experimental researches according to the usage of different vegetable oils in recombined condensed milk production are analyzed in this article. The best results are obtained replacing milk fat by "Soyuz 5/2 L" fat.

APPLICATION OF BIOPLASTIC MATERIAL "HYAMATRIX" IN CHEMICAL CORNEAL INJURY [№ 4 ' 2013] The paper describes an experimental study of the cornea chemical damage (alkaline and acid) of 30 rabbits (60 eyes). In the experimental group (30 eyes) the treatment was carried out according to the method of prof. V.N. Kanyukov. In the control group (30 eyes) there were appointed instillations of keratoplastic drugs. Clinical and morphological data obtained in the experiment showed that the application helped to reduce edema, thereby reducing the risk of newly formed blood vessels, accelerated the leucoma formation at alkaline burn.

We noticed peculiarities of cornea reparative regeneration at new method of treatment application.

EXPERIMENTAL-HISTOLOGICAL STUDIES OF REPARATIVE PROCESSES IN THE INJURY OF MAXILLOFACIAL AREA IN TERMS OF INFECTION (NEUROBIOLOGICAL ASPECTS) [№ 1 ' 2012] In the experiment on the created model of rat's down jaw break by impact of controlled power processes of healing in different experimental conditions were studied , including the use of oxytocin and antibiotic. On the basis of an integrated morphofunctional study of posttraumatic tissue regeneration of maxillofacial area of experimental animals for the first time the authors defined the degree of histoblastic and organotypic heteromorphy (intra-and inter-differentiation). Oxytocin (especially in combination with antibiotic) optimizes the phase of inflammation in the area of traumatic injury by helping to create a histo-organotypic regenerates, which may be an evidentiary test of wound process and its therapeutic correction.

One of the basic pathogenetic mechanisms of destabilizing and degenerative changes in radiated tissues are the disorders in membrane compartments of endotheliocytes, fibroblasts, epitheliocytes and intercellular elements of conjunctive tissue leading to lipid substrate unmasking.

Structural-functional reorganization of tissues forming residual cavity at different types of common and local treatment is studied here. It is established that sporobacterin creates better conditions for realization of adaptive and compensatory opportunities with parenchymatous and stromal elements of lungs and chest wall.

Positive influence of oxytocin and its use were regarded here. STRUCTURAL REORGANIZATION OF THE LUNGS' AERIFEROUS AND RESPIRATORY PARTS UNDER THE AERIFORM'S UNFAVORABLE FACTORS INFLUENCE [№ 1 ' 2003] The article examines white unthoroughbred rats and gives the structural reorganization of their lungs' auriferous and respiratory parts under the gas mixture influence (natural gas + air) with different hydrogen sulphide contents (small, medium and large doses). The lungs epithelial tissues is structurally reorganized under the small doses influence and it gives the evidence of educing adaptation's subcell-like level. The gas mixture operating keeping hydrogen sulphide large and medium doses produces more expressed subcell-like changes, which provides a protective function with the help of histic gears compensation's realization.
