THE ROLE OF CEREBRUM FUNCTIONAL SKEWNESS IN THE EDUCATION OF SCHOOL CHILDREN [№ 12 ' 2008] The article presents results of a study of the cerebrum functional skewness types in students between the ages of 10 and 15 years. It was found that 50.4% of the students had the left-hemispheric type of the cerebrum functioning, whereas the percentage of the right-hemispheric type was only 29.0%; in the remaining 42.9% children with equal-hemispheric type were recorded. With the age, there was a trend of increasing the numbers of children with the left-hemispheric skewness type. |
