DISTRIBUTION AND EMISSION OF METHANE IN SNOW COVER OF WEST SIBERIAN BOGS [№ 9 ' 2014]
We study the emission of methane fluxes from the snow surface in oligotrophic West Siberian swamp and profile distribution patterns of this gas in the snow thicker. Physically reasonable mathematical model of the process of distribution of methane in the snow cover, combining source on the surface of the peat soil and mechanism of diffusion transport of escaping gas from the soil into the atmosphere are developed. Stationary model variants are used to calculate emission of methane emissions from data on the profile of gas distribution (gradient method of snow survey). Calculated data often exceed the measured by chamber method flows 2-3 times or more, varying in the range of 0,01–0,2 mgС/m2/h. The proposed method of snow survey can successfully evaluate gas flows from marsh into the atmosphere during the cold season, smoothing their inherent large variation.

THE NEW METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF SOIL CONTAMINATION WITH ZN AND PB LEVEL USING VARIATIONS OF HEAVY METAL CONCENTRATIONS AND SOIL DENSITY [№ 10 ' 2013]
The effect of change of concentration of heavy metal and soil density connected with the depth was investigated to estimate the level of soil contamination with heavy metals. It was discovered that the use of the indicators of actual reserves of contaminators instead of traditional indicators of surface concentration of the pollutant changes the result of the estimation, as well as takes the soil specifics into account and meets the Federal regulations.

In this article the author regards the projects of new technology introduction, finished and realized on OAO "Ural Stal" at the period from 2002 till the present time, which allowed optimization of financial condition of the enterprise. APPRAISAL AND TYPES OF EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTIRECESSIONARY INVESTMENT PROJECTS [№ 4 ' 2009]
In this article it is suggested at working out of investment projects to regard budget effectiveness of growth of tax and dues assessments as a type. Besides generally accepted criterions of appraisal of project effectiveness it is recommended to forecast the financial condition on expected end of the project realization term for its acceptance or timely rejection with calculations of some indexes, and also for determination of means adding expediency.

The definition of economy activity analysis of enterprise is given and aims of its conducting are revealed in this article. The indexes of production activity of OAO "GPNFM "Splav" are researched in dynamics of last years. At results of conducted financial analysis the conclusion about impossibility of paying capacity restoration at the expense of internal funds is made. In connection with it the program of enterprise development and reconstruction at 2007-2015 was worked out, where the data of this financial analysis were put.

General level of investment potential of Orenburg region, dynamics of investments into general capital at last years and their structure of big and middle enterprises in 2007 are given in this article. Besides this, the structure of foreign investments at all types of organizations activity and geography of their arrivals are reflected here. Expected growth of investments value into the general capital on medium-term perspective is shown and measures of investment climate improvement and attractiveness of their investing are suggested in this work.

ABOUT RESTRUCTURING PASSING OF TAX DEBTS AND COMPULSORY PAYMENTS WITH ENTERPRISES OF ORENBURG REGION [№ 4 ' 2008]
In aims of enterprise paying capacity restoration in this article the restructuring of account payable of taxes and compulsory payments and tendencies of its passing with organizations in Orenburg region is suggested which is revealed in presented tables. This mechanism is an effective instrument of organization improvement, but not all enterprises are able to realize conditions of this type restructuring presentation.

Enterprises’ reorganization in different forms is suggested in this article as a mechanism of their paying capacity reconstruction. Reformation as an effective method of reorganization was fulfilled in OAO "Uralskaya stal" with aim to attract borrowed current assets for realization of technical re-equipment program. Finally it leaded to financial improvement of this enterprise.

BONDS’ ISSUE AS A METHOD OF INSOLVENT ENTERPRISES FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY RESTORATION [№ 10 ' 2007]
The method of enterprise readjustment with help of bonds’ issue is regarded in this article. The growth of popularity of this stocks type is proved with growth of value of their allocation on fond market in the presented diagram. For more complete control for issue and allocation of bonds the simultaneous realization of functions of this process several participants is suggested in this work.
