CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PIGMENT OF A NEW STRAIN OF THE FUNGUS MIKOFILNOGO HYPOMYCES ROSELLUS ^{[№ 10 ' 2013]}
This paper discusses the results on the isolation, chemical composition and structural characteristics of the pigment extracted from the biomass of a new strain of the fungus mikofilnogo Hypomyces rosellus. Methods of spectral analysis revealed that the composition of the neutral lipids contain fatty acids. It is shown that along with the formation of fatty acid biosynthesis occurs pigment. According to the spectral data (1 H NMR , IR , GC-MS), high-quality pigment reactions related to dyes antrohinonovogo series.
