This article examines the provisions of article 247 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation, the law on wastes of production and consumption. Peculiarities of objective elements of crime under article 247 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis of theoretical provisions identified some of the problems of objective evidence of the crime.
