Symbols of traditional culture of Russian people has great theoretical and methodological potential: key symbols-values of people are expressed in traditional forms. The rites of the family cycle were considered as a form of mastering the cultural stereotypes, one of the mechanisms of expression of the ancient archetype of "new life" in the spectrum of the realization in Russian traditional culture of the concept "revival".
