Scherbinina O.A., Shayarova E.R. STRESS RESISTANCE STUDY, ANXIETY AND COPYING STRATEGIES IN LAWYERS OF VARIOUS SPECIALIZATIONS [№ 4 ' 2023] The practical significance of studies of the relationship between stress resistance, anxiety and copying strategies is determined by the fact that the phenomena under consideration are integral components and manifestations of the human psyche. Intertwining with external conditions, they accompany a person all his life and, among other things directly or indirectly affect the success of his professional activity, and at what cost this success is achieved. Whether the result obtained by the specialist justifies the efforts spent by him; whether his chosen way of coping is effective; whether the specialist understands the multiplicity of both the influences on the result and the variability of the result; whether he understands his role in achieving the result and the extent of his responsibility; whether he is aware of the existence and importance of an optimal background for the deployment of his activities; whether he sees signals indicating a change in the optimal background of his activity and whether he makes efforts aimed at his restoration. The answer to these and other questions helps to get research conducted in the declared topic. The results of a comparative empirical study of two groups of practicing lawyers are presented: specializing in civil and criminal cases. The results suggest that there are no significant differences in such parameters as stress resistance and situational and personal anxiety in the study samples; significant differences in the intensity of such copings as social support and positive reassessment of results were identified; revealed multidirectional correlations of copying taking responsibility with indicators of situational and personal anxiety in the former, with indicators of situational anxiety in the latter. The data obtained justify the need for the psychological component of the professionalization of lawyers and help to determine the targets of psychological impact on them.
Zubova L.V., Bendas T.V., Scherbinina O.A. ROLE OF AGGRESSION IN THE ADAPTABILITY OF SERVICEMEN OF THE FIRST YEAR OF CONSCRIPTION [№ 4 ' 2021] In the public consciousness, personal aggressiveness and various forms of its manifestation have a negative connotation due to their socially dangerous consequences. Nevertheless, in the professional activities of military personnel, some manifestations of aggressive behavior are considered as socially approved and provide them with an effective solution to their combat tasks. In this regard, the problem of studying the influence of the level and different forms of aggressiveness of a person not only on the solution of her professional tasks, but also on the process of entering the profession by a person, including the boundaries and possibilities of her adaptation and adaptability, as a result of the process under consideration, becomes particularly relevant. The practical significance of the study is determined by the frustrating nature of the conscription situation and living conditions for conscripts, which entails an increase in their interpersonal and intrapersonal conflict, accompanied by an increase in their level of aggressiveness, which can both facilitate and aggravate the adaptation process. The results of an empirical study of military personnel of the first year of conscription are presented, indicating the presence of inverse correlations of the character and levels of aggression in them (as states, as character traits, as temperament, autoaggression and heteroaggression) with the levels of their socio-psychological and emotional-activity adaptivity; as well as direct correlations of socio-psychological and emotional-activity adaptivity of the respondents. The data obtained allow us to consider the nature and level of aggression in conscripts as a prognostic marker of the success of the process of their adaptation to the conditions of service and its result in the form of socio-psychological and emotional-activity adaptability.
Scherbinina O.A. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANXIETY, SOCIOMETRIC POSITION AND SELF-EVALUATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN [№ 3 ' 2018] Becoming a teenager follows different changes, connected with increasing the quantity of relationship systems, where a teenager is becoming to be a member. It’s also connected with changing from educational activity as leading into personal communication with their peers. It’s closely connected with active formation of personal identity (self-awareness), self-reflection. Decreasing interest to the studying, which we see among fifth graders, follows increasing demands to their study from the parents. The above-mentioned items demand from teenagers some skills: evaluate their own qualities properly, take and save the wanted status (position) in the group and some others. All these things establish the conditions for increasing level of personal anxiety among primary school children. In psychology the anxiety is considered as an indicator of dysfunctional family upbringing, as a factor of violation in personal adaptation, the emergence of suicidal hazard, formation of social awkwardness and other disadvantages. All these things add value to the process of searching correlates of personal anxiety among the primary school children to establish goals for psychological influence (impact) on the process of prevention and correction the level of their personal anxiety. Here we have shown that the same situations both attract and concern the fifth graders at the same time. These are situations connected with school, situations of interpersonal relations, self-evaluation, thinking about something magic and supernatural. We have found the largest discrepancy between the levels of claims and self-evaluation upon the most significant things for the respondents: “Mind” and “Beauty”. It allows us to speak about their strong differentiated self-evaluation. Also we can speak about the most favorable distribution (sharing) of the respondents’ sociometric positions in studying as there are no isolated or rejected sociometric positions in this field. With the help of correlation analysis, we have found reliable (valid) direct relations between interpersonal and self-evaluated anxiety among teenagers, and between the general level of self-evaluation and teenagers’ self-evaluation of their own personalities approximately. We have found the connection of such a factor as self-confidence with the sociometric position in the field of entertainment. The results, which we had, show us the necessity of the systemic work with fifth graders that has the aim to form communicative skills in different relations and to form positive image of myself.
Shcherbinina O.A. THE CATEGORY "RELATION" AND ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNAL POSITION OF THE PERSONALITY [№ 2 ' 2015] Research of emotional and estimated function of an internal position of the identity of younger school students of four groups: typical (n = 82) — the I selection, with orientation to destructive actions in a situation of the conflict to adult (n = 37) — the II selection, with contemporaries (n = 42) — the III selection, conditionally asocial (consisting on the account at social teachers of schools in connection with admissions of lessons without valid excuse, escapes from the house, etc.) (n = 67) — the IV selection. Using modified by the author of a technique V. V. Abramenkova "If I was the wizard …" and L. V. Zubova "Deep interview „From 14 to 17”", it was succeeded to establish the main indicators of satisfaction with the personality with the taken objective position: existence or absence of requirement to change the available position; object of desirable changes (kid, adult, hero); the expected advantages of desirable change of the taken position (in systems of the relations, in the sphere of opportunities, duties, resources, etc.); the direction of changes of the relations in case of acceptance of a desirable position (improvement, deterioration, the termination). At the younger school students satisfied with the taken position the requirement to keep the available relations with adults is expressed; the choice of object of desirable changes is connected by them mainly with opportunity to expand a focus of interest, to give help to another. At the younger school students unsatisfied with the taken position, the requirement to improve the relations with adults dominates; the choice of object of desirable changes is connected by them mainly with opportunities to be enriched, be protected or do harm to another.
