Cultural bases important for society, person and history are regarded in this article. Factor of ideal is researched as a foundation one of forces influenced on society development and its dynamics. The author pays attention to its nature and possibility to be such value beginning, thanks to which there is a movement and construction of directions in holistic, social-cultural line of society, human orientations in designation of such future which is important to achieve.

PRESENTATION OF THE CRIME STRUCTURE IN THE MANNER OF SEMANTIC NETWORK. [№ 6 ' 2002]
The model of crime which is built on the base of extended semantic networks variant is considered in the article. The new for criminalistics approach to presentation of the crime in the manner of collection of interconnected events is offered for this purpose. The technology of reveling for this purpose. The technology of revealing the events and the example of documents forgery presentation by semantic network is brought.
