FORMATION OF THE SECTOR OF SAVINGS’ INSTITUTIONAL MEDIATORS IN RUSSIA ^{[№ 8 ' 2007]}
In the article the scientific generalization of the content of the “savings” economic category is carried out, the evolution of interpretation is revealed in connection with the occurring social and economic changes, their role in market economy functioning is shown. The particular attention is paid to the analysis of the problems of formation and functioning of the institutional mediators’ sector in the form of trust funds, securities market subjects, bank sector.
