The article considers the theoretical aspects of the tax on personal income and personal income tax in the order of application in Russia, as well as the role and importance of the tax on personal income in the formation of the state budget.The paper presents actual data on the revenues of the personal income taxes to the budget of the Chechen Republic and identifiesactual problems associated with an increase in tax revenues to the budget.
