The article considers the compliance of the research activities of V.A. Sukhomlinsky as an outstanding teacher-practitioner and head of the school identified by A.M. Skotnikova types of research position and their parameters. The relevance of the content of the article lies in the fact that the conditions of pedagogical activity of V.A. Sukhomlinsky, which took place in the conditions of the Cold War, are almost similar to the requirements for the activities of modern teachers in the conditions of the sanctions war.

FEATURES OF SELF-ORGANIZATION OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ^{[№ 4 ' 2022]}
When studying the development of self-organization of students — future teachers, its importance is high in the current conditions of an unstable world, both for the student and for the teacher. The transition of world development from a complex and ambiguous world (VUCA-world) to a nonlinear and incomprehensible world (BANI-world) requires a change in the person himself. Complex types of activities, including educational and pedagogical, do not leave their subject a choice to be organized or not. Self-organization of the individual acts as the ability to independently form internal ordered stable structures in response to the challenges of the new BANI world. The concept of self-organization does not have a single, accepted definition, and is considered at various levels, from different sides, by various scientific directions.
From the standpoint of a technical approach (scientific organization of labor, time management), the results of a survey of students of a pedagogical university are presented. The factors that complicate the educational activities of students are identified; factors that hinder the development of self-organization competence, as well as factors that help reduce stress in the learning process and perform educational activities at the required level. It is shown that there are significant differences between full-time and part-time students in some personal factors that prevent students from being organized. The ways of further research of the problem field of self-organization development in the educational process of the university through the definition of methodology, including axiological grounds, are proposed.

INTERSTATE COOPERATION ON TRANSBOUNDARY WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ^{[№ 4 ' 2014]}
This article identifies the key aspects of transboundary water management with the purpose of their protection and rational use. The principle of "reasonable and equitable utilization" is using as the fundamental norm of the legal regime of transboundary water management. It is proposed to use the concept of an integrated (or integrated) water resources management of the adjacent States, and the organization of interstate system of monitoring of transboundary water bodies.

OPHTHALMOLOGICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION IN CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS (PRELIMINARY REPORT) ^{[№ 4 ' 2013]}
The patients of childhood and adolescence with essential hypertension without visual complaints were examined. Disturbances of regional hemodynamics in the orbit vessels, sensory perception and neuronal interactions in the absence of significant ocular symptoms of hypertensive angiopathy were identified.

The concept of regional Institute of the regulated market of water relations' formation in water resources management is used. It is suggest the organizational scheme to water management, which is based on the unity of approaches basin regulation and territorial administration, the division of control and economic functions.
