THE USE OF FLUCTUATING ASYMMETRY ALBURNUS ALBURNUS AND RANA RIDIBUNDA TO EVALUATE THE QUALITY OF THE AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT [№ 8 ' 2017]
Rivers of the Orenburg region are susceptible to the emergence of various environmental problems, as experienced significant anthropogenic and technogenic load. To date, the shortcomings in the system for monitoring ecological status of water bodies, which is based only on the determination of pollutants and their comparison with maximum permissible concentrations, is pretty obvious, and more preference is given to biological methods of assessing the state of the environment. Biological assessment can be implemented through the use of organisms-bioindicators, which in this work are Alburnus alburnus and Rana ridibunda. Analysis of stability of development of morphological structures of these animals allows you to set the class of water quality in the studied reservoirs according to the index, CAP (the number of asymmetric manifestations on the symptom). During the selection of animals a class of water quality in the river Sakmara and the Ural river at the study sites. The results of a study of fluctuating asymmetry showed class 3 of water quality (polluted) with index CAP 0.4 and 0.58 for Alburnus alburnus and Rana ridibunda, respectively, in the control points, which was the plot of the Sakmara river near the village of Lenin and the land of the Ural river in the vicinity of the pedestrian bridge on the “Promenade” of the city of Orenburg. And 4 and 5 grade quality (dirty and very dirty) with index CAP from 0.47 to 0.6 for Alburnus alburnus and from 0.61 to 0.73 for Rana ridibunda in the areas of the Sakmara river near the railway bridge within the boundaries of the village Berdy and near the road bridge on St. Brothers korostelevyh, as well as the territories of the Ural river near the railway bridge in the Central Area of Orenburg in close proximity to garden Association “Gazovik” and in the area of road bridge, located on Country road. The data obtained demonstrate the possibility of using fluctuating asymmetry to evaluate the ecological status of the water environment.

SPECIES COMPOSITION, DISTRIBUTION AND ABUNDANCE OF WATERFOWL ZHETYKOLSKOGO SHALKAR-LAKE REGION OF EAST ORENBURG (KEY ORNITHOLOGICAL TERRITORY OF RU-217, OB-002) [№ 11 ' 2016]
Wetlands in the region has long been known as a place for mass nesting and stopover for more than 50 species of waterfowl. In recent years, interest in the region has increased due to the worsening problems of the protection of the global flight routes and conservation of endangered species, because due to the increasing aridity of the territory of its waters gained value peculiar critical habitats and nodal points on the paths of migratory flows waterfowl extensive the Middle Region of Northern Eurasia. The paper summarizes the literature, departmental and personal material on the dynamics of species composition, the nature of the host, distribution and abundance of waterfowl in the region in recent decades, which can be used in the development of a set of measures aimed at optimizing the use of bio-resources of the region and the preservation of its biodiversity.

SOME ECOLOGICAL AND GEOGRAPHICAL FEATURES OF THE DYNAMICS OF THE COMPOSITION AND ABUNDANCE OF WATERFOWL EAST ORENBURG (KEY ORNITHOLOGICAL TERRITORY OF RU-217, OB-002) [№ 10 ' 2016]
Reservoirs East Orenburg are nesting and staging numerous waterfowl on an important migration route for the transcontinental Northern Eurasia. It found 56 species stay of 6 units, of which 3 (5.3 %) are considered as vagrants, 15 (26.8 %) occurred during seasonal migrations, for 36 (64.3 %) species are known meeting in breeding season nature and stay two (3.6 %) is not set. The article summarizes the literature, departmental and personal materials to change the species composition, the nature of the host, distribution and abundance of waterfowl in the region over the past two decades. This information can be the basis for developing a set of measures aimed at optimizing the use of bio-resources area and the preservation of its biodiversity.

EKOLOGICHESKAYA CHARACTERISTICS OF WATER QUALITY IN MAJOR LAKES OF THE FAR EAST DISTRICT OF THE ORENBURG REGION [№ 9 ' 2015]
Accumulation of chemical elements and their receipt in objects of environment are result of industrial and agricultural activity of the person. At the same time, the significant role in pollution of environments is rendered by natural factors, especially in places of concentration of deposits of mineral resources, in particular copper колчедановых, nickel ores. Studying of the quantitative content of harmful chemical impurity in water objects, in particular in the territory of the Svetlinsky region of the Orenburg region having deficiency in fresh water wasn't carried out in connection with a lack of ecological information on an assessment of a surface water of the main lakes of the area, otsutstvy long-term plans of their use in the production, economic and household and recreational purposes earlier. For the solution of this problem authors conducted hydrochemical research of waters of the main lakes of the Svetlinsky region of the Orenburg region in 2010 and 2015, the analysis of the received results is made and the ecological assessment of these water resources is for the first time given. In article the arisen reasons (natural and anthropogenous factors) having negative impact on qualitative composition of lake water are also considered. Water resources of the Svetlinsky region of the Orenburg region include, first of all a network of drainless lakes of the large, average and small size. Are most significant lakes: Shalkar-Ega-Kara, Zhetykol, Obalykol, Kayrankol. These and other lakes are of special value for the nesting and flying natatorial  — swans, geese, ducks and other representatives of aviafauna. Hydrochemical indicators of quality of lake waters according to the content of sulfates, chlorides, ammoniyny nitrogen, oil products and other substances exceed the maximum-permissible concentration (MPC). The majority of lakes in adverse weather conditions (2013—2014) completely or partially dried up that testifies to need of carrying out on them environmental monitoring.

As the main approach there is a synergy that includes the resonant methods of management of economic systems. The article presents the experience of the Institute of Economics, Ural branch of RAS on territorial and sectoral integration of socio-economic indicators on the example of the Middle Urals, including the development of criteria, matrix of the pairing and automated software system. The authors proved the fundamental and strategic principles of the methodology of harmonization of territorial and sectoral development, the risks, the elasticities when pairing jobs in the process of formation of the high-tech sector. The authors substantiate the choice of territory for placing of objects of new construction from the viewpoint of its functional applications, which requires consistent implementation of a comprehensive assessment of the relative attractiveness of the territories. This assessment is to determine upon the basis of integration of ratings on individual factors, among which the authors included: the level of engineering arrangement of territory, accessibility, availability and quality of labour resources, level of social infrastructure development, etc. In the article the author presents calculations of the main indicators of placing of objects of new construction and modernization on the territory of the Middle Urals in the two alternative scenarios — the inertial and target. This article was prepared with support from the basic research program of UB RAS № 15-14-7-5 "Regional Economics of the institutions of innovative development".

ABOUT CERTAIN PECULIARITIES OF POETIC SYNTAX OF I.BRODSKIY [№ 11 ' 2006]
The poetic syntax of Brodskiy is characterized by disharmony tendency. The bright means of expressing it are "enjambement" and syntactic curtailment. Brodskiy resorts to the use of "enjambement" twice as often compared to the average parameter for Russian and European poetry. With him the simplest form appears to be the rarest, the most complicated – the most wide-spread. "Enjambement" becomes not only a powerful means of poetic expression, but also begins to perform communicative function.
