CHANGES IN THE FEDERAL STATE STANDARDS OF GENERAL EDUCATION IN THE LIGHT OF THE THEORY OF DEVELOPING EDUCATION [№ 4 ' 2022]
This research discusses the possible risks associated with the possible discrediting of the activity-based approach to learning, due to the specification of the requirements for subject results for each academic subject, implemented in the new Federal State Educational Standard, with the uncertainty of the “system-activity approach” concept content. Recognizing the timeliness and the need to specify the requirements for substantive results for each academic subject, the authors note that this innovation in the methodological plan revives the illusion of the possibility of returning to Zunov’s approach (the formation theory for a certain set of knowledge, skills and abilities), which is detrimental to the modern school. In this regard, it is important for teachers to decide on the methodological basis of pedagogical activity that corresponds to the target idea of the latest standards. The article examines the reasons that require a return to the methodological foundations of the activity approach in the light of V.V. Davidov’s theory of developing education, an essential understanding of this phenomenon is offered. The main reasons include 1) the need to form, develop and improve the student’s mechanism of goal-setting; 2) the need to derive the content of the concepts being mastered in educational activities by the students themselves; 3) the development expediency of meta-subject educational within the framework of the particular academic subject assimilation; 4) proven implementation effectiveness of the task method in teaching; 5) the expediency of a radical transition to a dialogic form of education in the jointly distributed students’and teachers’activities.

DETERMINATION OF EQUILIBRIUM PARAMETERS OF EXTRACTION OF IODINE BY MIXTURES OF EXTRACENTS OF VARIOUS NATURE [№ 9 ' 2017]
Complex processing of poor mineral and hydromineral raw materials is a rather urgent task for today due to various reasons. The use of new sources of valuable components can be associated with the depletion of existing deposits, with the inability to process traditional raw materials due to geopolitical, economic, logistical or other reasons. Due to the fact that iodine does not form any significant deposits in the earth’s crust in the form of minerals, since it is a very mobile migrant, but tends to accumulate in groundwater near oil and gas condensate deposits, the use of the latter for iodine mining can be promising. Extraction extraction of iodine from reservoir and drilling waters of natural and technogenic origin is quite effective and economically advantageous. To study the extraction process, model aqueous solutions were used, which in composition are as close as possible to the composition of natural waters. The main equilibrium parameters of the extraction process were determined depending on the composition of the extraction composition. Mixtures of extractants of the aliphatic series — isooctane and cyclohexane and aromatic series — benzene and toluene were investigated. The mineralization of solutions was set by adding sodium chloride in the concentration range from 0 to 4 mol/l. The iodine content corresponded to the minimum industrial concentrations. The method of “isomolar series” and the method of “variable volumes” were used as the basic methods of investigation. In the course of the study, it was determined that, with an optimal ratio of organic and aqueous phases of 1 to 10, the greatest synergistic effect is achieved when using a mixture of extractants of aliphatic and aromatic series in a ratio of 7 to 3. The use of mixtures of this composition allows to achieve the greatest distribution coefficient and extraction ratio.

MORPHOMETRIC FIGURES OF PERSIAN STURGEON BROODSTOCK OF HILINSKI STURGEON HATCHERY [№ 5 ' 2016]
For a long time the decision on necessity of creation of sturgeon broodstock at the existing sturgeon hatcheries (SH) on reproduction was extremely difficult in biological terms and costly in economic. However, the catastrophic decline of natural sturgeon stocks in the Caspian Sea forced the experts to reconsider their opinion on the question of the formation of broodstock, as SH began to feel the acute shortage of breeders. Persian sturgeon lives mainly in the middle and South Caspian, preferring the warmer water. The Persian sturgeon catches are dramatically reduced. While fishing in the sea near the Iranian coast, when caught immature fish, the number of the spawning population is reduced, resulting in reduced volumes of natural reproduction. In Persian sturgeon, in contrast to the Russian, more elongated body with a bluish tint, with a longer head component to 17.6 % of body length, and a bigger snout and postorbital space. The building has a distinctive snout: in profile it is clearly bent downwards and comparatively short and pointed, but more bulky than that of the Russian sturgeon. Persian sturgeon is different from Russian also a relatively large thickness and volume of the body. The aim of this work was carried out to characterize the morphometric parameters of the Persian sturgeon Hilinski SH, Republic of Azerbaijan. Work on the formation of broodstock in terms of Hilinski SH began from annual fish of age with an average weight of 54.5  ± 1.2 age fish renovation group morphological indices were little changed, with the exception of data related to body length, height and width of the head. Morphometry data obtained in the further cultivation of broodstock confirm the previous conclusion that with age, growth in length is reduced, increasing the girth of the body, which is supported by data length to end of middle beam, antianal distance, anteventral distance. The indicators characterizing the size of the parts of the head should be considered as species specific differences.

ODEL OF THE MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL COOPERATION OF THE PASSENGER REGIONAL CARRIERS [№ 9 ' 2015]
Currently the strategic development of the suburban passenger traffic is directed to the formation of the intermodal transport involving rail transport. In the context of legal fragmentation of the transport complex integration of transportation companies through coordination of their activities is impossible without building mutually beneficial relations of participants of the transportation process. The investigation of the existing scientific works on improvement of the suburban complex allowed us to determine that not enough attention given to the formation conditions of mutual cooperation of participants of the transportation process: the model of coordination of the interests of the passenger carriers was not created, both among themselves and with the Executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation. Therefore the purpose of this article is to develop a model of mutually beneficial cooperation of passenger carriers. Interaction in this paper is formalized as a graph model, defined in the plane of the formation of the conflict the carriers, proposed to use logistic approach to resolve the conflict between carriers and build optimal route network. As a result of the work carriers on the proposed cooperation schemes is achieved by the additional system effect. This effect is ensures the integrity of the system. It is expressed by the difference between the obtained effect of concerted action of carriers and the amount of economic effects of individual elements of the system. Additional system effect is possible only in terms of removing contradictions in the system. The amount of Agency fee can be set from the condition of maximizing the profitability of carriers. Proposed in the present work, the model makes it possible to form regional route network from the point of view of realization of interests of subjects of the transportation process.

THE DEVELOPMANT OF ECONOMICALLY EFFICIENT DIETS FOR TILAPIA IN RELATION TO INDUSTRIAL CONDITIONS [№ 6 ' 2015]
In the course of the work three recipes of diets for tilapia with different conten-tion of proteins and amino acids compositions were developed. The tests of getting diets and also the production diets of different origins were carried out in the conditions of aquacomplex of Innovative center "Aquabiotechnopark  — STC of aquaculture" ASTU, using the fry and yearlings of red tilapia. Some piscicultural, biochemical parameters of cultivated fish were analyzed, and also the resulting evaluation of production traits and their efficiency was given. The best results of weight (absolute and average growth rate), survival rate, and also fatness were shown by the fish, growing on the following diets: foreign diet (40 % protein, fat 9 %); recipe of ASTU (protein 33 %, fat 9,7 %); carp feed (protein content of 38 %, fat 9 %); catfish feed (protein content of 42.5 %, fat 11.8 %). It was revealed that the protein content was higher in the body of the fish that received diets of ASTU (33 % protein), experimental carp feed, the content of total lipids was low. It was also found that along with diets fish receives the full range of essential amino acids, which positively affects its physiological status.

Precious metals play an important role in science and the national economy. The increasing rate of consumption necessary to review the structure of the raw material base of platinum group metals and gold. Address this issue and the subject of this study, which attempts to investigate the regularities of spatial distribution of Pt, Pd, in association with Au and Ag over a wide area of Orenburg in the Urals. To solve this problem, analyzed samples from 17 industrial types of deposits of Orenburg region by a single method with the use of the author's patented method for determining this metals. The resulting array of data formed the basis of the interpretation of geochemical data, during which the parameters were defined platinum group specialization sulphide deposits (gold, copper massive sulphide, copper sandstones), deposits in the ultramafic complexes and established an independent distribution of palladium in this group metals, that allowed the use of the ratio of Pt/Pd at systematizing results, produce metal zoning studies for each of the above structural-material complexes and identify metallogenic zonation platinoid specialization geological and structural zones of the South Ural and specific industrial types of deposits and pre-assess the metallogenic potential of the territory through the use of innovative sources of precious metals.
