Description of new class of methodical teaching systems – adaptive methodical systems of professional competence forming, joined personal-oriented and competence approaches of studying; conceptions of models, theoretical-methodological bases, principals, methods, technologies of its construction; models and methods of optimization, appraisal of variants of studying and professional competence forming degree and competence, is given in this article.
