Appropriate cost control, showing of all expenses in prime cost, connected with fictitious assets, allow increasing the effectiveness of cost management by competitive ability of its production and the enterprise as the whole.

Modern stage of scientific and technological advance is characterized by its development in the information economics epoch. The process of spread of innovations according to the sphere of their application on the basis of demand and supply making on intellectual property’s objects determines the structural aspect of economics’ development. Integral demand of IPO is defined as limit maximum value of some consumers’ demand, individual prices on IPO are summed up. The stages of a product’s life cycle exert significant influence upon the formation of IPO demand. On the first stage of life cycle there is the necessity in product IPO, then technological IPO and on the maturity stage of management IPO.
