THE NOTION OF CLOSE-TO-BORDERLINE TERRITORIES: LAWFUL AND HISTORICAL ASPECTS ^{[№ 7 ' 2004]}
The article is devoted to the consideration of historical and lawful aspects of the notion of close-to-borderline territories. Brief historical outline about the Russian close-to-borderlines territories formation is given, the place and the role of the close-to-borderline territories in the state protection sphere are defined. The state's legislation for the last decades is considered in the article in detail. The legislation regulates the close-to-borderline territories provision and use by different persons involved into land relations.
