CHANGES IN THE FAUNA AND HARMFULNESS OF GRAIN BEETLES IN ORENBURG REGION ^{[№ 6 ' 2014]}
The fauna of the grain beetles of Orenburg region have been changed in the last 50-60 years. The main harmful pest of the wheat seed has become grain beetles Anisoplia ausriaca Hbst. Its extension to the east is due to the expansion of wheat sown areas. The number and harmfulness of grain beetles has declined in recent years, and the zone of harmfulness has shifted to the northern and central regions, which can be explained by unfavorable weather conditions, namely of the climate aridization.

NEW DISCOVERIES OF HISTERIDAE BEETLES (INSECTA: COLEOPTERA) IN ORENBURG REGION AND WEST KAZAKHSTAN. PART 3 ^{[№ 9 ' 2009]}
New discoveries of 69 taxones of Histeridae beetles (Insecta: Coleoptera) in Orenburg Region and West Kazakhstan territory mainly at 2008 season are presented. Three species are found at the Urals and five species in Orenburg Region for the first time. The systematic status of Saprinus turkestanicus Schmidt, 1886 (= aeneolus Marseul, 1870) is recovered. Literature information about discoveries of the four species in Orenburg Region are confirmed by material. Faunistic data for collecting in several new localities are presented. For regional territory 90 histerid species from 23 genus are registered to this time. The investigation rate for Histeridae beetles fauna of Orenburg Region is not less than 80% (the total quantity of material investigated is more than 4200 examples).

RESERVATION OF THE STEPPE ECOSYSTEMS IN THE CONDITION OF PRESERVE REGIME ^{[№ 3 ' 2002]}
The preserve steppe ecosystem's condition is analyzed in the article and the ways of their reservations. The negative influence of the steppe fires and the absence of the hoofed animals on the fauna of invertebrate animals on the Orenburg's reservation is shown in the article. Two main directions of the preserve regimes optimisation are given: introduction of the controled cattle's pasture and struggle with the spontaneous fires.
