YA.A. MILNERA-IRININ'S VIEWS IN DOMESTIC ETHICS OF THE MIDDLE OF THE XX CENTURY [№ 9 ' 2015]
It is important to address problems which were discussed in the domestic philosophy in the soviet period of XX century to restore the history of Russian philosophy. Marxism-Leninism was the official doctrine in the USSR during 70 years. No theory in any area of science especially in philosophy could be made public without referring to Marxism-Leninism. However deep critical studies in areas of ontology, gnoseology, aesthetics and ethics originated in Soviet philosophy. Including unorthodox conceptions of morality which appeared in The Soviet Union in spite of Marxist-Leninist ethics predominance. The theory of J.A. Milner-Irinin which he was working on during his whole life is examined in this article. The book "Ethics, or the Principles of True Humanness" is the result of his work. This book wasn't available for readers' eyes for several decades. Ideas expressed by the scientist on the subject, problems and categories of the ethics, on moral substance of the human being didn't fit in limits of the official Marxist-Leninist ethics. In the atmosphere of the fight with cosmopolitanism J.A. Milner-Irinin's work was subjected to severe and unfounded criticism in the forms of revelatory publications in newspapers and magazines, philosophical discussions and party meetings. These facts are confirmed by archival materials used in this article. Statements on moral principles phrased by J.A. Milner-Irinin in the middle of the last century can become an appeal to the broad modern audience which is getting introduced to the moral-philosophical reflections, to the audience aspiring to the higher level of the philosophical and human culture.

CONCEPT OF GLOBAL PROBLEMS IN I.T. FROLOV"S PHILOSOPHY [№ 7 ' 2009]
The article considers the concept of global problems in I.T. Frolov"s philosophy teaching. I.T. Frolov was on of the first in the USSR who started developing research known as philosophy of global problems. When revealing the concept of global problems, the philosopher used Marx"s teaching and argued that his ideas were relevant still today. Addressing the issues that were analyzed in Soviet history period is urgent for reconstruction of the history of the Russian philosophy development.

DYNAMICS OF HYDROXYCINNAMON ACIDS ACCUMULATION BY PLANTS ECHINACEA PURPUREA AT DIFFERENT CONDITIONS OF WATER SUPPLY [№ 2 ' 2007]
The influence of irrigation on hydroxycinnamon acids accumulation at the process of E. purpurea plants growth and development. It is shown that irrigation of E. Purpurea (200 m3/ hectare) promotes the increase of plants production. Maximal number of hydroxycinnamon acids is accumulated at leaves of E. purpurea at the stage of rosette on the second and third years of vegetation. It is recommended to use irrigation as effective afromethod for receiving of qualitative medicinal raw at great values (double hay harvest) from E. purpurea plants, introducted at conditions of Southern Ural.
THE INITIAL STRATEGIES CHOICE OF THE EXPERIMENT AND THE INVARIANCE PROBLEM SEQUENTIAL CONTROL [№ 6 ' 2004]
The investigation of classical optimum plans of experiments from the position of their probable usage in sequential experimentation with the frames of the so-called scheme of the experiment effective control is given in the article. The main distinctions of optimal planning and effective control questions are analysed. The conditions of classical plans invariance concerning the lineal transformations of the experimentation sphere are clarified.
A HUMAN BEING IN PHILOSOPHIC-PEDAGOGICAL VIEW OF V.V. ZENKOVSKY [№ 5 ' 2003]
This article is devoted to the philosophic-pedagogical aspects analysis of heritage of marked historian of philosophy and theologist, father V. Zenkovsky, who suggested practical solution of human being athropoditseya (the theory of human being existence justification) by realization of pedagogics, based on Christian values. The author made a conclusion that V.V. Zenkovsky indicated the problem of upbringing with theme of rescue.
