MIXING THE MATERIALS IN A CYLINDRICAL CANAL [№ 1 ' 2001]
The parameter of a clisplacementTs defect may ke used for a definition of the quality of a mixed product in the canal. The cylindrical canals of spinnerets have become of a great importance, that is why the dependence nas given in the article for a definition of the displacementTs defect in the canal of the cylindrical spinneret. The diagrammes of the changing in the displacementTs defect are given on a radius of the spinnerets canals with different lengthes.

THE MIXING EXTRUDED PRODUCT IN THE SCREW CHANNEL AND IT'S ESTIMATE. [№ 3 ' 2000]
It's possible to estimate the quality of screw channel mixing by means of shift deformation. To determine the shift deformation in screw channel the dependence in the article is obtained. The dependence can be used to make up the mathematical model of plant materials extrusion for the determination of the effect parameter, which is characterized by the quality of mixing pressed mechanism

HUMIDITY AND TWICE'SLOTTED SLOT HEIGHT INFLUENCE ON MIXED EXTRUSION PROCESS [№ 2 ' 2000]
The equation of dependence and response surface equation are deduced as a result of analysis how the height of the twice-slotted slot can influence on process parameters: output, capacity, energy consume, degree of swelling, maximum permissible shearing strength with the opportunity to change the matrix slot height in certain humidities and worm feeder rotation angular speeds. Deduced response surfaces allow to determine fields in which mixed feed has the best control parameters. The results of the experiment can be used in extrusion to obtain qualitative mixed feed.
