The article is devoted to the study of the components of psychological safety. Presents objective characteristics and conditions of psychological safety of organization, factors of psychological safety at the individual and organizational level, subjective characteristics and the group of workers that require psychological support. The article presents the results of a survey of teachers, education managers, psychologists and social workers, their evaluation of the organizational environment and personal objectives.
