PROCEDURAL MEANS OF VICTIM'S AND PLAINTIFF PROPERTY RIGHTS DEFENCE IN TRIAL JURY ^{[№ 3 ' 2004]}
The article studies matters concerning trial jury procedure on victim's and plaintiff property rights. A victim or plaintiff as prosecution representatives should have equal procedural capacities with defense representatives. The RFCPC providing broad range of rights meanwhile allows limitations of their procedural capacities on some matters and this influences negatively on criminal proceedings efficiency.
