The author has considered modern understanding of process of socialization as interdisciplinary phenomenon. Its specificity is defined by features of development of legal culture in a modern Russian society. The high school carries out preparation of experts as carriers of professional knowledge, being socialization space in which process students receive for the first time vocational training and education.

"DIFFICULT" CODE OR CONTRADICTIONS IN LABOUR LEGISLATION ^{[№ 10 ' 2005]}
In the article some problems and contradictions of legal regulations of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation and their practical decision are considered. The article is written in 3,5 years after coming into force of the Labour code of the Russian Federation. During action of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation there were the problems connected to application of norms of the labour right. Some categories of workers found themselves " behind a board " of this document though in the maintenance of their labour rights and duties there are many specific features, allowing to talk about necessity of varied approach to legal regulation of labour relations arising at them.

STATE CONTROL IN THE SPHERE OF EXECUTIVE POWER OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ^{[№ 3 ' 2005]}
According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation executive power is a branch of state power which is directed to execute laws. Not decreasing the meaning of other power branches, such as legislative and judicial, at the same time one can say that the degree of people and citizens laws and freedoms realization depends on effectiveness and legality of decisions and actions of bodies and officers of executive power bodies. As a result of this executive power being independent branch of state power of the Russian Federation is under control at the same time. This article is dedicated to the studying of state control organization for activity of executive power bodies’ activity, and also to problems of perfection of state control system.

WHAT SHOULD THE RUSSIAN ELECTORAL SYSTEM LOOK LIKE ^{[№ 2 (app.1) ' 2005]}
The article clears up the main notions and principles of the Russian electoral system. Electoral system is a legal election order of the Russian public authorities, federation subject, local authorities and officials. There are two different electoral systems in post-soviet Russia: majority system and proportional one. The author characterizes these systems, underlining their merits and flaws; and envisages future of the Russian electoral system.
