HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE AS A SOCIAL AND ECOLOGICAL REGULATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST-RECREATIONAL SPACE OF ORENBURG REGION ^{[№ 10 ' 2015]}
To date, the use of historical and cultural heritage as a social and environmental regulator of the development of the territory is realized by humanity and is actively studied in the multidisciplinary aspect. Nevertheless, the problems of preservation and use of historical and cultural heritage on the one hand, and the tourist-recreational development of the territory on the other hand, are solved independently. The creation of effective tourist network programmed in a way that provide rational and complex use of the entire network allows to overcome this deficiency. Historical and geographical approach is considered by the authors as the most effective in the study of the transformation of the space of the cultural heritage. Analysis of the structural and spatial-temporal differentiation of all identified cultural heritage of the Orenburg region has allowed to the authors to identify four stages of development of cultural and geographical space of the cultural heritage of the region. Analysis of the diversification of the space of the cultural heritage of the Orenburg region within the Russian state shows the geographic pattern of the hybrid, mosaic-mesh territorial structure with elements of linear-nodal structure of objects of cultural heritage. In the Orenburg region there is a need of rational and complex use of space of the cultural heritage as a support mechanism for the development of tourist and recreation areas in the region.

MODERN CIVILIZATIONAL PICTURE OF THE WORLD IN CONTEXT OF THE L.N. GUMILEV CONCEPT OF ETHNOGENESIS ^{[№ 7 ' 2015]}
Nowadays methodic of civilizational zoning is not universal. Such zoning, from our point of view, can be analyzed as geo-cultural phenomenon. For modern science, such zoning is still a question to discuss because it is extremely hard to find such integrating indexes reflecting a very complex structure of culture. The concept of L.N. Gumilev is geo-cultural, because it delimitates civilizations (super-ethnoses in terms of Gumilev) according behavioral stereotypes, which as cultural function influence on social, economic, military and other spheres. Author proceeds from the L.N. Gumilev concept of ethnogenesis, based on the assumption of the passionarity as bio-geo-chemical energy absorbed by the people after mutagenesis. Despite of the concept is not widely acknowledged, we underline its phenotypical character. Accepting the principle of the interpretation phenomena, we obtain not contradictory scientific picture of diverse processes of civilizational processes geography. Delimitation of civilization spaces according physiographic criteria is not correct because physiographic delimiters (for example sea dividing continents) in historical and cultural ways are often contact zones. Retrospective analysis of civilization zoning shows no general interpretations and even codification contradictions to such type of analysis. Thus the concept of L.N. Gumilev, based on criticism of civilization space delimitation methodic, ideate scientific relevance.

MONASTIC COMMUNITIES OF THE MIDDLE OF THE XIX CENTURY AS THE BASIS OF FORMATION OF MONASTERIES IN THE ORENBURG REGION (1844-1866) ^{[№ 12 ' 2013]}
In the paper a process of creation of a series of monastic communities in the territory of the Orenburg region in the middle of the XIX century is reconstructed. The analysis of their number, administrative board, economic situation is given. It is shown that all monastic communities which have arisen at this time received subsequently the monastery status.

In this paper the parameters according to which the ways of person's learning the reality differ from each other are shown as well as their heterogeneity is underlined. The hypothesis about sinusoidal nature of science interaction with religion is put forward on the basis of analysis of exactly these features as well as the hypothesis that only all ways of person's learning the reality that are taken together provided and are providing now the human activity.

In article the analysis of the daily occurrence' structure offered by K.N. Lyubutin and P.N. Kondrashov is given. Necessity of addition of the given structure in parameter "daily occurrence condition" is proved. The interrelation of the given parameter with parameter "the subject of daily occurrence" is considered. Ways of work with the given parameter within the limits of historical research are shown.

The short analysis of the concepts "geocultural area" and "cultural are" is given in this article. It is shown that theoretically they are coordinated with modern understanding of culture. Ten factors influenced on peculiarities of geocultural area of Orenburg region are picked out here. Some social processes originated with multinational structure of Orenburg region population and its dynamics are analyzed in this work.
