Lyashenco M.N. METAPHYSICS SUICIDE PHILOSOPHY OF THE MIDDLE AGES AND THE RENAISSANCE. [№ 7 ' 2013] The article offers a retrospective look at the ontological foundation of suicide in the philosophy of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. The author shows that the problem of suicide was a turning point in the shift of cognitive interest with ontological problems of Christian philosophy to the problems of human nature, his destiny and freedom, in the period of Renaissance philosophical thought. This gives rise beginning anthropological understanding of the phenomenon of suicide.
Lyashenco M.N. SUICIDE IN THE PHILOSOPHICAL THOUGHT OF ANCIENT GREECE [№ 4 ' 2012] The article is devoted to the first steps of philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of suicide in ancient Greece. Considering the phenomenon of suicide, the author identifies three main aspects of his study: ontological (the base), moral-ethical and social (derivatives) and states that the ancient Greek philosophers, condemning this vital step, it was considered a manifestation of non-being, bearing in the human world destruction and disharmony.

Newton and their influence on forming of mechanical picture of the classical science world are regarded in this article. Ideas of mechanical dynamics of Aristotle and Newton are compared. The authors of the article reveal the role and meaning of ideas and principals worked out by Newton at the determination of borders of mechanical experimentalism and introduction of mathematical knowledge into scientific perception and also contribution to working out of ideas about determinism.
Lyaschenko М.N. NATURAL SCIENCE IN XV-XVII CENTURIES. AND RATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL -INNOVATIONS IN PHYSICAL COGNITION [№ 7 ' 2009] The article addresses the issues concerning the formation of natural science in Europe in XV-XVII centuries. Based on the ideas of Galilei, Descartes and Newton, the article shows the specifics for formation of classical natural science and genesis of ideas claiming to basic rational and methodological statements of mechanics and physics that formed in total the foundation of classical way of thinking. Special attention was paid to the ideas and principles that are associated with formation of classical ideal of objective cognition.
