The article reveals the concepts "management", "School developmental management"; principles of developmental management; peculiarities of rural area; the role of a teacher in the development of municipal education. The author defines management component of municipal education development, stages of developmental management. The paper shows the main points of developmental management for municipal education of rural schools.
