The author of the article regards the education phenomenon in conditions of postindustrial society and globalization processes. In our country in conditions of transferring to the market economy economic attitude to education ("education" – "goods") becomes predominant, which leads to the education degradation inevitably.

In the article the following aspects are examined: the professional values of social field of activity as cultural values; the relations making a core of cultural values. The values of relations having an output on a social field of activity, share on some groups, they are: value - reference, operatively - methodical, professional - psychological, professional - cognitive, reflective - estimated, professional - research. The article opens the essence of the culturelogical approach, orientation of students to professional values of a social field of activity as the future expert.

Possession of foreign language as a mean of communication becomes integral part of modern specialist professional culture in any sphere of knowledge. Knowledge of foreign language allows to use information from different sources, including new informational technologies. Teaching of foreign language communication proposes the skill to realize creative search and information processing at specialty, including marketing, patents, advertising, articles of science character, modifying different combinations of reading types, at work with authentic literature.
