We examined 120 patients with post-traumatic encephalopathy and 30 controls. Based on the analysis of accelerograms identified characteristics of postural tremor in neurological syndromes leading post-traumatic encephalopathy — pyramidal and diskoordinatornom mild to moderate severity.
