PREVENTION OF SUPPURATIVE AND SEPTIC COMPLICATIONS (CULTITS) AFTER UTERECTOMY OPERATIONS (PANHYSTERECTOMY) [№ 5 (app.1) ' 2005] The research at prevention of suppurative and septic complications after uterectomy operation of women group of infectious risk high degree: who have extragenital disease in anamnesis of respiratory apparatus, digestion, cardiovascular and urinary systems, endocrine and infectious diseases; gynaecological disorders – chronic salpingooforitis, metroendometritis, was realized. Microbiological researches of 118 women, suffering with uterine carcinoma of 1 degree, 60 persons of whom were general group, and 58 persons were control group, were realized too. Tincture of grasses for syringing during 5-7 days before operation, and also vaginal suppositories on the base of extract of seven competent for use medicinal plants, having anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and wound healing action, were suggested here with aim of suppurative and septic complications prevention after operation – panhysterectomy. Suggested method reduced frequency of postoperative cultist in 3,7 times. Key words: uterectomy, cultit, prevention, vaginal suppositories |
