INFLUENCE OF THERMAL PROCESSING USING VYSOKOENERGETICHESKIKH SOURCES ON THE OPERATIONAL PROPERTIES OF SOLID ALLOY T15K6 [№ 4 ' 2015]
The aim of this work is to study the effect of heat treatment using high-energy sources of heat (laser) on the operational properties of carbide inserts brand T15K6. As object of research used solid rods of alloy T15K6, size 5 х 5 х 35 mm. Was held microanalysis, in order to detect defects laser treatment processing, such as cracks, delaminations, conducted on e-Mickroscope Jeol ISM-6000 NeoScope with increasing ×1300. Determining the microhardness of the surface and near-surface layer before and after shot peening was performed using a microhardness tester PMT-3, while the load 1,96 N. Determination of the phase composition was performed using microdirect-meter MD-10. Using reginaspektor analysis determined the parameters of the PE array, the block size of the crystal lattice (D), microstresses (Δd/d). Under specified conditions, heat strengthening determined an approximate speed of travel of the beam of laser radiation relative to the part or de-hoist relative to the beam, which is then corrected. Justification Regis-Dom processing produced according to the planning matrix fractional replica from the provisions of the factors of experiment 24-1.

THE CORROSION RESISTANCE OF LOW-CARBON STEEL WITH GALVANIZED STEEL [№ 1 ' 2013]
In the article investigated problems of increase the corrosion resistance low-carbon steel with galvanized steel. Found that for steel specimens diameter of 2–3 mm of the electrodes SSSI 13/55, MP-3, RLA-8 galvanically chrome-plated, nickel and cadmium after hydrogen sulfide native NACE test environment for 96 hours, followed by test notes on flexible bend corrosion resistance remained unchanged.

SUPERFICIAL THERMAL PROCESSING OF POWDER MATERIALS PRODUCTS WITH LASER HEATING USE [№ 1 ' 2013]
Influence of laser processing of powder steel plugs on change of microhardness, hardness and intensity of wear process is investigated. Laser heat treatment gives increase in micro-hardness of a surface of powder materials in 2–2,5 time, hardness in 2–2,3 times, and intensity of wear process of a surface decreases in 3–5 times.

Research on increase of physico-mechanical properties low-carbonaceous steels with the help welding wearproof coverings, by addition in itself a gumboil firm alloy PG-10Н-01 of various additives (carbide of a pine forest, carbide of the titan) is conducted. There are the results of studies of thermal treatment with the use of high-frequency heating of the powder iron-carbide low-alloy steels. The effect of temperature of heating under quenching, heat time under quenching and rates of cooling to the physicomechanical properties of the powder iron-carbide low-alloy steels is studied.

The questions of separation of iron borings and powder with intake of silicon and carbon are regarded in this article, because the problem of iron borings using in mechanical engineering is very actual. Double cleaning of dross product allows to get rich graphitic concentrate.
