THE INFLUENCE OF MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION ON THE TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS FOR THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY [№ 1 ' 2026] In the current political situation, when there is an urgent need to maintain the volume of cargo transportation by rail, an urgent area of research is the analysis of the training of specialists in the transport industry. The main trends in changes in the level of training of railway transport workers have been identified. Data on changes in the level of training of specialists in railway transport are considered. The role of railway transport subordination from the point of view of public or private management and its impact on the quality of personnel training is assessed. The analysis of the knowledge level of the organization’s employees, depending on the length of service, is carried out. The law of the distribution of a random variable of the percentage of the level of knowledge is investigated. Further research will be devoted to the analysis of changes in the quality of training of specialists in related specialties with the possibility of participating in the research of interested organizations, in particular, the assessment of the level of employees of railways within the boundaries of the Eastern Polygon is of interest. Using the results obtained will make it possible to adjust the approach to the educational process in terms of negative trends in the quality of personnel training, since rail transport is a key industry in ensuring transport connectivity between the regions of the country. In this context, the problem of ensuring the safety of the transportation process is important, and the quality of knowledge in this matter is a key factor. |
