INSTITUTE OF THE PRE-JUDICIAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT: TRANSACTION WITH JUSTICE OR MODERN MEANS OF OVERCOMING OF COUNTERACTION TO INVESTIGATION ^{[№ 3 ' 2013]}
The present article is devoted to debatable questions of formation and functioning of a procedural form new to the national legislation — the pre-judicial cooperation agreement. The role of this institute in improving the response to crime has been analyzed, and also recommendations about improvement of a regulation and its application are expressed.
