METHOD OF CHOICE OF STEEL ARCH CROSS SECTION WITH DEFORMATIONAL CALCULATION [№ 5 ' 2015]
The article is dedicated to the problem of arch constructions engineering. Currently it is common to use both static-based calculation and critical value of strain parameter while calculating the cross section of a steel arch. Based on numerical analysis of arch deformations (with different shapes and different strain) the author of this article proves that we can decide on stability of an arch without calculating the critical value of strain parameter. To evaluate the stability of arch it is enough to perform deformation calculation, which is a convergent process for a stable arch and divergent process — for an unstable. This assumption is the base for the proposed method of calculation of a cross section for an arch. The core of proposed method is the following: instead of static calculation we do deformation calculation by successive approximations, which is being continued until the gradient of travel of calculated points is less than pre-assigned value. Once the condition of durability is realized, the taken cross section is approved. In case if the gradient of changes of transference of travel of calculated points monotonously increases during the process of specification, the calculations should be stopped and taken cross section is rejected. Cross section is also to be rejected in case if condition of strength with achieved during the calculation values of internal powers is not fulfilled. The method can be easily used with computer, and the calculation can be performed on-line, when a planner get the information about condition of arch under strained-pressure after each stage of specification. The article presents a numerical example of choice of steel arch with comments.
ABOUT CALCULATION OF WIND LOAD ON ARCH CONSTRUCTION [№ 4 ' 2012]
The article dedicates to a question of distribute the wind load intensity along arch construction. It is proposed to compute aerodynamic coefficient, while calculating the wind load on arch construction, with use of parabolic type of function. Author shows and analyses the results of comparative calculation of steel arch based on traditional and proposed in the article method of aerodynamic coefficient computing.
STUDY OF DEFORMATION OF ARCH STRUCTURE AS A METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF ITS STABILITY [№ 2 ' 2010]
The paper calculates the process of deformation of the three-hinged metallic arch being under radial uniformly distributed pressing load with consideration of the changes in internal forces in the deformation process. It is shown that in the phased determination of the movements, the process becomes divergent as the load increases, which can be used for evaluation of structure stability.

TO THE PROBLEM OF CAPACITY FOR WORK APPRAISAL OF COMPRESSED-BENT BARS [№ 6 ' 2006]
Determination of final movements of compressed-bent bars is regarded in this article. It is shown that approximate description of bent axis form provides enough exactness of task solution for practical aims. Real capacity for work of compressed-bent bar, determined with accounting of final movements is demonstrated on the numerical example.

FUNCTIONAL MORTHOLOGY OF LYMPH NODES AND THYMUS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LOW INTENSIVE LASER RADIATION [№ 5 ' 2003]
The histostructure of thymus and lymph nodes in conditions of an irradiation of experimental animals by the IR laser was studied. It was established, that laser radiation renders stimulating influence on thymus and lymph nodes. In tymus on 3 and 15th day proliferative activity of cortical thymocytes amplified. The contents of low-varied cellular forms accrued in lymph nodes and marked plasmacytaral reaction was registered.
COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN OF IRREGULAR PLANE FRAMES FOR BIULDING CONSTRACTIONS [№ 1 ' 2001]
Computer-aided design of irregular plane frames is considered. Construction set of equations for work method may be realized for the frame with arbitrary disposition and the type connection of cross-bars with vertical posts.
ON DETERMINING THE GROUND PRESSURE ON THE WALLS OF UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTIONS [№ 1 ' 2000]
Method of determimnq the ground pressure on the walls of underground constructions is considered in cases when the use of Coulomb theory gives unjustifiably overestimated figures. The dimensions of maximum strain area of the ground are taken into account. Examples of applying this method are cited.
