SIMULATION OF PRODUCTION SITUATIONS IN A STUDENT STARTUP: TRAINING PRACTICE [№ 4 ' 2023]
As part of the “Student STARTUP” grant competition, the author proposed a startup project “Vocational Training Center using a training drilling rig.” The project took part in the competition of the ANO “Platform of the National Technology Initiative”. In parallel, at Orenburg State University, the Department of Youth Policy and Community Interaction launched an acceleration program to support student initiatives, created an “Entrepreneurial Boiling Point” and opened a startup studio. In the conditions created at OSU, it was possible to implement the original startup. The oil and gas industries are experiencing an acute shortage of qualified specialists to operate drilling equipment. Training in drilling operations is carried out on training installations that imitate and simulate oil and gas production situations on computer simulators. The main disadvantage of virtual training is the incomplete formation of skills to perform a cycle of assigned work. Existing production plants are a source of increased danger and are often used only as mock-ups. In the work of the training center, along with virtual simulators, the operating simulator “Training Drilling Rig” is used, the patent for which was received as part of the “UMNIK 2019” grant competition and which was created with the support of the “Student Startup 2022” grant competition. The center provided training, advanced training and retraining for 85 people. The results proved the effectiveness of pedagogical technologies and student satisfaction. The development of a student startup from the idea of creating a training drilling rig to a center for training practical skills in the oil and gas industry has become a real opportunity for the youth of the city and region to acquire and improve sought-after modern competencies. Scaling a startup is advisable for independent training centers, competence centers and experimental sites for the spread of student entrepreneurship in the region.

SCIENTIFIC-TECHNICAL PROGRESS AND SCIENTIFIC-ENGINEERING PROBLEMS OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY [№ 9 ' 2015]
It is shown that to ensure the safety and viability of the planet's growing population requires not only a constant increase in resources, but also to avoid the risks associated with the use of scientific and technological progress. Start of civilized management of hazardous industrial processes and facilities in the country was initiated adoption of the Federal Law № 116-FL of 21.07.1997 (12.21.2014), where the main requirements for industrial safety. For example of the Orenburg gas complex, the possible risks at hazardous production facilities at the impact of natural character illustrated. Industrial safety as an area of scientific activity is regarded. The basic stages of its development and improvement, including mathematical methods and computer technology risk prediction, identification of the causes of disasters, the development of new diagnostic tools and technical methods to assess the mechanics of deformation and fracture.

BUILDING COMPLEX AT THE CURRENT STATE [№ 1 ' 2010]
Market relations put the building complex at higher level. We observe new construction materials, technology and construction aids coming out. The project business has been subject to changes and also the quality of construction has been improved. However these innovations are not a part of domestic research developments, they were mainly borrowed from foreign practices. The reason for this is discredit of the engineer and scientist as well as resource vector of development.

ACTIVE OXYGEN METABOLITES IN THE PHAGOCYTOSIS [№ 12 ' 2008]
The work provides up-to-date data on the role of active oxygen metabolites in the phagocytosis. Special authors' attention is given to the sequence of the activation of the oxygen-dependent mechanisms in the phagocytes and comparative effectiveness of the bactericidal action implemented by most significant oxygen radicals.

RESISTANCE OF MICROORGANISMS TO SUPEROXIDANION, NITROGEN OXIDE AND PEROXINITRITE AS A FACTOR OF THEIR SURVIVAL IN THE PHAGOCYTOSIS [№ 12 ' 2008]
Through using 23 cultures of the Escherichia coli and 23 cultures of Staphylococcus aureus, with different levels of resistance to the active forms of oxygen gas (AFO; superoxidanion, nitrogen oxide and peroxinitrite), the study determined parameters for variability of the bactericidal action implemented by the human blood neutrophils under standard phagocytosis conditions in vitro. On this basis a comparative study was undertaken to assess the contribution from the bacteria ferments-antioxidants and their resistance to AFO in the process of survival under phagocytosis.

ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION: YESTERDAY, TODAY, TOMORROW [№ 1 ' 1999]
The author of the article proves the important role of architecture and construction in solvina global problems of survival of the humanity. He shows the main stages of the development of the science of construction, its role and place in the scientific and technological progress. Social, technical and aesthetic aspects presented by the author show general rules of human activity in the sphere of architecture and construction in the forthcoming century.
