In this article, the author identified and analyzed visualization rules that will ensure the aesthetic unity in the local concentration of wind turbines as a stand-alone and clustered. Based on the analysis the author came to the conclusion that compliance with these rules will avoid a number of aesthetic problems and have a positive impact on the formation and development of the wind power industry.

This article describes the aesthetic and environmental problems associated with the formation of the wind power industry. Identified and analyzed various methods of solving these problems when installing a single wind turbine and vetroelektrostanii, numbering several dozen vehicles. Based on the analysis and conclusions are defined as the development of a promising and profitable direction for our country as wind power, taking into account the aesthetic and environmental requirements.

ON THE PROBLEM OF INTRAFAMILY INTERRELATIONS OF MARMOTS ^{[№ 12 ' 2010]}
In 2008 in Mongolia 25 marmots were marked with long-term marks. The results of observations of these marmots during summer seasons of 2008 and 2009 suggest that turning out of mature young marmots from a family group takes place due to an aggressive behaviour of dominant individuals of the group. It was also revealed that lower parts of valley slopes of mountain rivers of the Altai are more preferable for marmots than the upper ones.

The results of numeral modeling of magnetization distribution at infinitely long multichip prism of triangular section are presented in this article. Several types of domain structures arisen at variation of magnetic parameters and size of monocrystal are revealed here. The sphere of every discovered structures existence is shown on diagram.

APPRAISAL OF DISPENSARY WORK ON THE BASE OF MARKOV’S PROCESSES ^{[№ 6 ' 2006]}
This article is devoted to the problems of dispensary work appraisal on the base of methods of mathematical modeling. The authors suggest the model of interaction of person and the system of health protection system and describe as a chain of 6 detailed conditions, one of which is absorbent. The peculiarity of the model is allotment of each from six conditions with definite appraisals. The model allows revealing of medical peculiarities of dispensary work, which is impossible to watch during practice in consequence of superposition of many factors on results of work with patient, and also allows describing the characteristics of clinical examination process with high accuracy.

The analysis of objective indexes of population health was made in this article on the base of data of regional statistics committee and visual appraisals on the base of got questionnaire design. The influence of such factors as sex, age, profession, place of residence on indexes of Orenburg region population health is marked. Received information allows giving additional characteristics of population health, working out methods of preventive measures of some diseases.

CLINICAL EFFICIENCY OF HYPOBAROTHERAPY AT MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION PATIENTS DURING OUT-PATIENT - POLYCLINIC STAGE OF REHABILITA-TION ^{[№ 12 ' 2005]}
Inspection of 57 men with myocardial infarction in the period of scarring (middle age is 52,4 years) is carried out, at which as a method of rehabilitation periodic hypoxia was applied in conditions of pressure chamber "Ural 1". The complex of inspection, including bicycle ergometry and holterovskiy monitoring, is carried out up to the beginnings and after end of the rehabilitation course. It is established, that the given method renders significant medical effect at 89 % of patients, due to reduction of symptoms both specific, and common character, authentic growth of tolerance to physical loading, reduction of number and duration episodes of an ischemia and decrease of extrasystole activity. The medico-demographic processes in the Orenburg region at the end of the XX and the beginning of the XXI centuries are analysed in the article. The basic tendencies of the population’s death-rate, fertility, morbidity, invalidity dynamics are covered, the migration processes are described. The official statistics data of the Ministry of Health of the Orenburg region are cited in the article.

LEXICAL PARALLELS IN INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION AS LEXICOGRAPHICAL PROBLEM ^{[№ 4 ' 2003]}
Different conceptions of lexicographical approach to the problem of lexical parallels in new genres of lexicography - bilingual studying and cultural science dictionaries (based on material of the German and the Russian languages) are considered in the article. Lexicographical codification tendency of lexical parallels is analyzed here. Principals of semantization and lexical units translation from point of view of modern intercultural communication are discussed here too.
