MODERN APPROACHES TO THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS ORGANIZATION FOR THE FORMATION OF CANCER ALERTNESS AMONG MEDICAL WORKERS [№ 3 ' 2019] Annual and steady increase of the population oncological morbidity is observed. In particular, for the population of the Orenburg region, the issues of malignant neoplasms early diagnosis are very relevant. In 2018, the growth rate was 4,4š%, compared with 2016. The detection rate of malignant neoplasms during preventive medical examinations amounted to 41,0š%. This indicator is higher than the Russian average. Among the number of actively detected malignant neoplasms, on the average, more than 60š% in the region was detected at the stage Iš— II of the disease, but there were areas where this indicator is less than 40,0š%. The Institute of Professional Education of the Orenburg State Medical University developed the pilot project on inclusion of all categories of medical workers of the Orenburg region state medical organizations in the continuing medical education system to update knowledge on cancer alertness. During the pilot project, we tested primary healthcare workers: therapists, general practitioners, obstetricians-gynecologists of women’s consultations. Initial level of knowledge and choice of the most preferred professional development course from the proposed ones were defined. Additional professional programs developed by the professorial and teaching staff of the University together with leading experts of the Ministry of Health of the region had the required components: distance learning, availability of simulation training. At the end of the courses, medical workers expressed general opinion about the need for such form of education organization. It allowed them to increase the level of professional competencies without leaving their workplaces. For medical workers, an important motivation factor for choosing an education trajectory became the results of the knowledge screening on cancer alertness issues.

APPLICATION OF PROBIOTIC PREPARATIONS BASED ON BACILLUS OF THE GENUS BACILLUS IN THE IRON AND ZINC SYSTEM OF DELIVERY IN THE ORGANISM OF LABORATORY ANIMALS [№ 9 ' 2017] Studies in the field of iron and zinc deficiency are caused by the high prevalence of iron deficiency and deficient zinc states according to official statistics of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. It is known that metals in comparison with other elements have the ability to bioaccumulate. Microorganisms are able to extract and concentrate metals, in particular, this ability is possessed by microorganisms that are part of probiotic preparations based on bacteria of the genus Bacillus. The results of the study of the possibility of delivering iron and zinc to the organism of laboratory animals using probiotic preparations based on bacteria of the genus Bacillus are presented. The probiotic strains were the living and inactivated bacteria of the genus Bacillus: B.šsubtilis 534, B.šcereus 5832, B.šlicheniformis 7038 and B.šsubtilis 7048. The data obtained indicate that in the iron delivery system, the most effective probiotic strains studied are inactivated with B.šlicheniformis 7038 and B.šsubtilis 7048 (increase in iron in the skin of laboratory animals by 31.7š%, in bone tissue — 80.8š%, in muscle tissue — 75.9š%). In the zinc delivery system, the B.šsubtilis strain 534 proved to be the most effective, while the zinc content in the skin of laboratory animals increased by 60š%, in bone tissue by 78.5š%, and in muscle tissue by 43.6š%. In the iron delivery system, the most effective of the drugs being tested is “Vetom-2”, and the least “Sporobacterin”. In the zinc delivery system, the most effective is “Sporobacterin”, and the least effective is “Bactisubtil”.
Klimova T.A., Barysheva E.S., Sizentsov A.N. ESTIMATION OF THE EFFECT OF ANIONIC IRON COMPONENTS ON BIOTOXICITY WITH RESPECT TO PROBIOTIC STRAINS [№ 8 ' 2017] Metals have the ability to bioaccumulate. Microorganisms can extract and concentrate metals. This ability is possessed by microorganisms that are part of probiotic preparations, in particular bacteria of the genus Bacillus. It is very important that the microorganisms of the genus Bacillus, which are part of probiotic preparations, are self-antagonizing antagonists. Bacteria of the genus Bacillus, which are part of probiotic preparations, can exert an antitoxic effect, which manifests itself in the active excretion of toxic substances from the body, as well as heavy metals. The purpose of our work was to study the effect of anionic iron components on the biotoxicity of probiotic strains. Probiotic strains included probiotic preparations: B.šsubtilis 534, B.šcereus 5832, B.šsubtilis 10641, B.šamyloliquefaciens 10642, B.šamyloliquefaciens 10643. The data obtained indicate a significant biotoxicity of anionic iron components with respect to probiotic strains . The most sensitive were the action of the anionic components of ferric chloride III. B.šcereus 5832 and B.šamyloliquefaciens 10642, when exposed to the anionic components of iron (II) nitrate B.šsubtilis 10641, when exposed to the anionic components of iron (II) sulfate B.šamyloliquefaciens 10642. It was also found that high concentrations of anionic iron components have a significant toxic effect on all probiotic strains studied, which is due to the anionic component and, as a consequence, the level of dissociation of the molecules of the test compounds.

Klimov A.V., Berdinskiy V.L. MAGNETIC STATES OF BUILDING BLOCKS OF THREE-NUCLEAR MOLECULAR ANTIFERROMAGNETS. [№ 4 ' 2012] The ground magnetic and spin states of triangular hetero-ionic complexes [M'(M")2]L3 containing ions M' and M" with different electron spins have been studied. These ions are supposed to interact via exchange interactions with negative exchange constants J and J'. Noncoplanar magnetic and spin structures are possible. Spin functions are independent of J'/J. The ratio J'/J affects only realization of one of the possible spin states. Such complexes with noncoplanar magnetic structures can be used for designing 2D and 3D lattices of new molecular ferrimagnets.
