APOPTOSIS ROLE IN PATHOGENY OF ALLERGIC DISEASES ^{[№ 3 ' 2003]}
Apoptosis is a general mechanism of cellular homeostasis maintenance in multicellular organism. However the breach of this process regulation leads to development of some diseases, in particular to allergic. Accumulation of eosinophiles plays the central role in development of allergic inflammation. Long pool maintenance of activated eosinophiles in allergic inflammation center can be explained with apoptosis process suppression, it is connected with action of ИЛ-5, ГМ-КСФ.
