Appraisal methodic of adaptability degree of management organizational system, which is founded on the hypothesis that effectiveness of organizational system is connected with its adaptability, is regarded in this article. The author shows results of this methodic approbation, which prove that maximum adapted organizational systems are more effective functionated in new conditions.
