REACTION OF MESODERMAL TISSUE OF EYEBALL AT IMPLANTATION OF THE MECHANOACTIVATED BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL [№ 12 ' 2015]
Despite of state-of-the-art-technology, the mechanisms of reparative regeneration of connective tissue, in particular, of an eyeball are still not studied well. Understanding of such mechanisms is important due to wide-spread use of implantation of various bio-materials. The main reaction in recipient's tissue to the bio-material injection is the reaction of mesodermal tissue cells which must be evaluated when studying the process of reparative regeneration, including application of the specific markers. Authors researched experimentally the reaction of the cells of mesenchymal origin of a rabbit eyeball connective tissue in response to implantation of biomaterial of various size, using the specific marker of vimentin. It was shown that during implantation of bio-container with mechanically activated biomaterial of human placenta, at the implantation zone there was observed mesenchymal cell reaction, more intense in comparison with coarse-ground analogue and macroscopic implant. However, it was noticed the activation of elements of fibroplastic and endothelial cell, that means significant bio-response of recipient's mesenchymal tissue. Application of specific marker of vimentin reveals the reaction of the connective tissue cells of mesenchymal origin. This is important for understanding the process of reparative regeneration of recipient's tissue in response to implantation, also when using mechanically activated implants not studied before.

EFFECT OF REVITALIZATION IN THE SKIN UNDER THE EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS [№ 12 ' 2014]
Influence of the mechanoactivated biological material of a human placenta on a condition of rat skin in experimental conditions was studied. It was shown that its application on the ointment basis induces endogenous mechanisms of revitalization which are characterized by considerable strengthening of proliferative and regenerator processes in connective tissue formations of a rat accompanied by strengthening of angio-and kollagenogenesis. It appeared in the form of expressed fibroblastic with formation of neogene connective fibers in epidermis and a derma, angiogenesis and expansion of its capillaries.

IMPLANT-CARRIER NANOPARTICLES APPLICATION UNDER THE EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS [№ 4 ' 2013]
Implantation influence of implant containing human nanodispersed placentae on processes of reparational regenerations in experimental conditions on rabbits is studied. It is shown that considerable biological effects occur not only on contact border sclera — implant, and practically in all thickness of sclera in a zone of implantation of the implant with human nanodispersed placenta. Thus there is a strengthening as actually the recipient sclera in the field of not less 1/2 of its thickness, and shaping thick connecting-woven formation in zone of the implantations on a surface of sclera that significantly surpasses similar changes with application of a implant without human nanodispersed placenta.

MICROINJECTION EFFECTS OF HUMAN NANODISPERSED PLACENTA IN EXPERIMENT [№ 12 ' 2012]
Effects of nanodispersed placenta microinjection in eye conjunctiva depending on an entered dose are studied in rats experiments. It is demonstrated the proportion rise of biological effects due interaction with recipient surrounding tissues as entered nanodispersed placenta dose increases. In particular vascularization and kollagenogenesis, which is derived from the reparative regeneration process, increase. However a number of biological effects connected with evident exudative processes in a introduction zone are able to be harmful because of increase of entered nanodispersed placenta dose to 25 mg in 0,08 ml physiological solution.
