ACTUAL AIMS OF SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE PROCESS OF CIVIC IDENTITY FORMATION OF SENIOR PUPILS IN A MODERN SCHOOL [№ 10 ' 2017] The article is devoted to the scientific and methodological support of formation of civil identity of pupils and to identify opportunities in the educational process of the modern school in this process. The relevance of this topic is related with increasing in the conditions of democratization of public life demands spiritual and moral education of the person citizen of Russia, especially significant in the context of the implementation of the FSES. The content of scientific publications identified pedagogical initiative for the introduction of value-oriented technologies in educational and extracurricular activities of high school students. Special attention is paid to assessing the level of formation of axiological component of civil identity. On the basis of diagnostic data confirmed the presence of a medium level of development of the axiological component of national identity, expressed in the predominance of situation-the positive attitude of students in relation to basic national values, which actualizes the task of implementing value-oriented techniques of civil identity formation of students. In the end, the majority of respondents, the authors state that there is a medium level of civil identity on value-semantic component (57%). The authors consider value-based technology as a tool of development of the axiological component of civic identity of adolescents, identifying the basic principles of their implementation in educational process at school: Dialogic and eventfulness of interaction between teacher and student; subjectivity as a teacher and a teenager; activity the nature of the pedagogical interaction; axiological education; humanization of the educational process.

THE ROLE OF SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE FORMATION OF CIVIL IDENTITY OF MODERN TEENAGERS [№ 4 ' 2017] This article focuses on the role of major social institutions in the formation of civil identity of modern students as value characteristics of their personal development in the modern information society. Special importance is given to the author of the educational system performs the function of socialization in a teenager's life, in the context of implementation of Federal state educational standards of second generation and implementation of system-active approach in the learning process. The formation of civil identity of the students acts as a state task, the solution of which rests with the main public institutions, and therefore can not be achieved in natural circumstances, in need of rational organization. Describing the family influence on the formation of civil qualities of the children, the author substantiates the idea of a significant divergence in the understanding of the main categories of the phenomenon of civic identity in adults and young people, due to the differences of their epistemological features. In assessing the impact of media on formation of civil identity of high school students should carefully consider the risk of a distorted perception of reality and imposing image of the citizen do not have a conscious basis. The author comes to the conclusion about the necessity of axiological and subjective approaches to the process of purposeful formation of civil identity of pupils in the modern school, because education as a social institution performs the state order, based on the exemplary program of subjects and standards that guides the educational activities of teachers in relation to the younger generation. It is important to recognize the importance of the interconnection of family, school, media, entourage adolescents in the development of their civilian capacities, social activity, subjective position.

ROLE OF SOCIAL INSTITUTES IN FORMATION OF CIVIL IDENTITY OF MODERN TEENAGERS [№ 3 ' 2017] The present article is devoted to identification of a role of the main social institutes in formation of civil identity of modern school students as valuable characteristic of their personal development in the conditions of modern information society. Special significance is attached by the author to the education system performing function of socialization in the teenager's life in the context of implementation of Federal state educational standards of the second generation and introduction of system and activity approach in educational process. Formation of civil identity of school students acts as a national objective which solution is assigned to the main public institutes, and therefore can't be carried out at spontaneous combination of circumstances, needing the rational organization. Characterizing influence of a family on formation of civil qualities of children, the author proves a thought of a considerable divergence in understanding of the main categories of the phenomenon of civil identity at adult and young citizens that is explained by distinctions of their gnoseological features. In an assessment of impact of media on formation of civil identity of seniors it is necessary to consider attentively risk of the distorted perception of reality and imposing of an image of the citizen who doesn't have a conscious basis. The author comes to a conclusion about need of realization of axiological and subject approaches in the course of purposeful formation of civil identity of seniors at modern school as education as social institute carries out the state order, being guided by approximate programs for objects and the standards directing to educational activity of teachers on younger generation. It is important to realize the importance of gateway interaction of a family, school, mass media, the immediate environment of teenagers in development of their civil potential, public activity, a subject position.
