The article considers the combined development strategy of oil-industry enterprises in modern conditions, which is based on the strategy element combination of intensive and integrational growth. This strategy gives an opportunity to oil enterprises to increase the new deposits workings and the oil mining capacity with the help of vertical integration advantages and inclusion the state in it.
