PECULIARITIES OF POST-GRADUATE GUIDING OF THE EMPLOYER-SPONSORED EDUCATION PROGRAMS GRADUATES IN CONDITIONS OF THE REGIONAL SOCIAL-PEDAGOGICAL CLUSTER ^{[№ 10 ' 2017]}
Nowadays little attention is paid to the problem of arranging the post-graduate guiding of the employer-sponsored education programs graduates in conditions of the regional social-pedagogical cluster. However, the modern educational system needs changes that imply the creation of basis for the sustainable functioning of educational community and fundamentals of a teacher’s professional guidance. One of the ways to solve this problem is to develop and implementation of a new purpose-oriented teacher-training model, that ensures highly qualified motivated specialists coming into the profession due to the differentiation of university entrance processes and use of the employer-sponsored education programs. The system of post-diploma guidance lasts for three years and includes the following stages: coming into profession stage, primary adaptation stage, value –motivational stage and a graduate’s professional growth stage. The online guidance helps to respond to the arising problems in due time and provide efficient feedback with a young specialist. The structure of the regional socio-educational cluster comprises the following elements: a great number of educational organizations, practice bases, experimental facilities, teachers’ professional associations, disciplinary or project teacher-students’ communities, training school simulator, e-platform, networking programs, support and follow-on, regional system of professional orientation, regional personnel assembly kit.

Among set of wood plants a Pinus sibirica occupies special position. She is unique on combination in herself of positive properties. Growing in huge territory the Pinus sibirica unites quite number geographically and ecologically conditional populations; consequently he has proved himself as a plastic kind. Involving cembretums in a zone of industrial use condition intensive exploitation of these plantings by comparison low level of their restoration. The important contribution to the decision of a modern cedar problem is expansion of an area of this kind by his introduction on the West and the South. The analysis of available experience introduction Pinus sibirica testifies to her availability and first of all about necessity of the further researches.

PROTECTION AND REPRODUCTION OF FERTILITY OF LEACHED CHERNOZEM OF NORTH-EAST FOREST-STEPPE OF REPUBLIC BASHKORTOSTAN ^{[№ 10 ' 2004]}
The questions about genesis of north-east forest-steppe soil of Republic Bashkortostan, nature conditions of soil formation, which are differed with some peculiarities relative to vast territory of forest-steppe zone, are regarded in this article. It is given a characteristic of soil fertility indexes of natural-agricultural zone. The results of research of protection and reproduction of leached chernozem fertility are given here. It is determined that intakes of chemical melioration assist optimization of agro physical, physical and chemical soil qualities, and as a result of this productivity increase of agrocoenosises.

Peculiarities of energy transfer of electric motivation between molecule probes, sorbed on polymeric chain in grout. The description of kinetics of the process is made taking into account stohastic changes of conformation of macromolecule. The results of numerical designing of the problem, and also analytical expressions, received in the context of theory of perturbationfor the case of small speed of transfer and/ or quick conformational movement of macrochain are given. The channel of nonlinear disactivation in the result of pair annihilation of closely set motivated centers were viewed. Expressions for efficient speed of reciprocal quenching and annihilated slow fluorescent probe are received, designed charts of temporal dependencies of characteristic luminescence signals, parametrical curves of relative quantum yield of fluorescence are represented, and also results of experiments on quenching of fluorescence of painted grouts of synthetic polymers and protein.
