The economic ideas are considered in the clause of tatar foreign diaspora of the first half XX century. Historical roots of the various phenomena and processes enable to take into account experience of our predecessors that allows to avoid erroneous actions and on a basis of rethinking of the past is deeper understand features of development of a modern society.
