FINANCE-CREDIT AND INTER-BUDGET RELATIONS IN MUNICIPAL SPHERE ^{[№ 5 ' 2003]}
Stages of municipal finances reduction, forming of municipal budgets incomes and structure of expenses are regarded in this article. The analysis of Orenburg city budget is given here, where special attention is given to the analysis of incomes allotment on housing and communal services and branches of social sphere between different budget levels.
