MODELING OF PROBLEM SITUATIONS IN THE PROGNOSTIC TO PREPARATION OF THE FUTURE LAWYER ^{[№ 11 ' 2011]}
Pedagogical means of formation of actual aspect of professional competence of the future lawyer — its prognostic abilities in legal activity are presented. In this aspect the analysis of structure of professional work of lawyers of various qualifications with orientation to preparation of bachelors and masters is given. Procedures and results of diagnostics of prognostic ability of students are analyzed. Possibilities of situational modeling as factor of an intensification of prognostic preparation in jurisprudence sphere are estimated. Specificity of models of problem situations is presented on examples of applied branches of jurisprudence.

Biological methods of waste utilization allow their entering into resources cycle. The information of optimization of biological utilization process by means of using of natural heterotrophic organisms is given in this article. Waste features and its status are changed during the process of vermicomposting. Changes of physical, chemical and microbiological features allow giving the status of fertilizers to waste. The information about waste features’ changes depending on the type of agricultural animal, is given in this article.

SUCCESSIONS OF INVERTEBRATES IN THE AGRICULTURAL BIOCENOSIS USING THE WASTEWATER RESIDUE ^{[№ 12 ' 2008]}
The article provides data on the formation of the soil species community when using the wastewater residue in agricultural biocenosises. The results indicate the interdependence of succession changes in the soil invertebrates and wastewater residue doses when they used as organic fertilizers for the cultures with intensive fruiting.
