The received data indicates the necessity of the purposeful complex examination of the pilots with the musculoskeletal system disease during the preparation for the annual medical examinations by medical flight committees.

FUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE ANALYZING SYSTEMS THE INTERNAL ARMY MILITARY AVIATION OF RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS' FLIGHT PERSONNEL DURING RECOVERY PERIOD ^{[№ 12 ' 2013]}
The rating of the functional state restoration dynamics of the acoustic, vestibular, visual and vibrating tactile analyzers during postflight period the flight personnel of the Internal Army military transport aviation of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs gets after night flights in difficult meteorological conditions, is appraised in the research paper. The paper reveals that the night flights lead to a decrease in the vestibular analyzer's function for the recovery of which up to 36 hours of postflight recreation is necessary in flight volume. The received data indicates that two night flights in difficult meteorological conditions during a flying turn with 1,5 hours duration each are a sufficient physiological limit for the flight load.

Peculiarities of the nervous and emotional tension of the pilots and navigators of the Internal Army aviation airplanes of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs during night flights in difficult weather conditions are revealed in paper. The peculiarities were reviewed by the intensity of the vegetative indicators (cardiovascular and respiratory systems). The received data indicates that the observed vegetative displacements and motive components of the emotional reactions reflect special features peculiar to this kind of flight.

The next rating of the restoration dynamics is appraised in the research paper: the restoration of the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, of the neurologic state and the nature of the psychological reactions during postflight period the flight personnel of the Internal Army military transport aviation of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs gets after night flights in difficult meteorological conditions. The paper reveals that the displacements in different functional organism's systems, observed during postflight period, are the consequence of the organism's general reactivity alteration as a result of the composite night flights factors' impacts. It is established that the rehabilitation of the majority indices of the cardiovascular system, external respiration functions, biochemical indices and the state of the neurologic status takes place during 12–24 hours postflight recreation.

In the present work the estimation of the element status of military men of involuntary service and studying of influence on it to a mine-ralno-vitamin of a drink "Maral", and also preparations L-arginina and zinc in the conditions of raised physical and psycho-emotional loads have been spent. The studied means of correction have made positive impact on recovery of the element status of an organism, leading to normalization a concentration macro- and microelements in blood whey.
