The training organization must create such conditions, where in the process of obtaining new knowledge and skills the trainee learns necessary competences for independent solution of production, communicative, cognitive, moral, organizational and other problems. When developing training programs for students, it is necessary to apply a competency-based approach, based on the needs of the customer, current trends in education, professional level of the teaching staff and interactive learning technologies. |
