ESTIMATION OF NOISE POLLUTION OF URBAN ENVIRONMENT FROM AUTOMOBILE TRANSPORT [№ 6 ' 2017]
In connection with the recent intensive increase in the number of automobile transport, there is an increase in noise pollution of the environment. This leads to the fact that the population living in residential buildings along the roads is in a state of noise discomfort. At the same time, to date no comprehensive studies have been conducted on the noise impact from road transport in Ulan-Ude. The article gives an assessment of noise pollution in Ulan-Ude from automobile transport, which is the most important environmental problem and largely determines the quality of life of the population. The analysis of traffic congestion in Ulan-Ude allowed selecting sections of the street-road network to assess noise pollution. At the selected points, measurements were made on noise from automobile flows during periods of maximum traffic intensity of vehicles and equivalent sound levels were calculated. Comparative analysis of the data obtained in accordance with the requirements of normative and technical documents showed a significant excess of the permissible noise levels. The greatest excess of the standard was found in the most densely populated area of Ulan-Ude. Thus, the noise levels from automobile transport were established for all the motor roads in Ulan-Ude, both according to calculated data and by the results of field measurements. To reduce the noise level, measures are proposed that will reduce the level to normative values, including landscaping along the roads.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC, DEMOGRAPHIC AND MIGRATION PROCESSES IN THE REGION, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT RUSSIA'S WTO ACCESSION [№ 13 ' 2015]
To form ideas about the sizes, structure and of the severity real and potential problems in the region in conditions the WTO and the sanctions imposed, not only at the present stage, but in the long term, you need a comprehensive study based on the application of advanced mathematical tools. The authors set the task to form methodic and demonstrate its influence to the analysis, modeling and forecasting the state of the economy, labor market, of demographic, migration and investment processes in the region in terms of Russia's accession to the WTO. The result of the study is a developed technique of monitoring of state of the economy and social sphere of the Orenburg region including the analysis of the current trends in demographics, migration and processes on labor market in the region in the conditions of formation of the Customs Union, of the world economic crisis and of the WTO accession; modeling of the dynamics of the structure of the number of migrants, employed and unemployed, investment in fixed assets, allowing to set trends in Changes of share of factors, laid in the foundation of the structure; formation of rating assessments Orenburg region by a set of indicators characterizing the state of the economy and the social sphere and the degree of lability to the conditions of the WTO; construction of models in the form of a system of simultaneous equations that reflect the communication structure of the indicators characterizing the labor market, investment, demographic and migratory processes and allowing to carry out forecasting under various scenarios. Formed methodic of monitoring the state of the economy and social sphere of the Orenburg region may contribute to the development and implementation of effective regional programs to reduce negative outcomes in terms of accession to the WTO, of the region's economy in general and on the labor market, in investment processes, demographic and migration processes, in particular.

MODERN APPROACH TO THE LASER TREATMENT OF CHORIORETINITIS [№ 4 ' 2013]
The possibility of complex laser-surgical influence on chorioretinal focus was studied. The use of this algorithm in treatment of focal chorioretinitis allows to accelerate the processes of repair, resorption of inflammatory masses, hemorrhages and, therefore, to speed up the process of rehabilitation.

OBJECTIFICATION OF ESTIMATION OF FOCAL REACTION FOR PROVOCATIVE TESTS IN CHORIORETINITIS PATIENTS [№ 4 ' 2013]
There was studied the possibility of objectification of focal reaction evaluation in patients with chorioretinitis by registration of changes in chorioretinal focus size through performance of provocation tests.

THE RANKING OF THE CATEGORIES OF UNEMPLOYED ACCORDING TO THE DEGREE OF THEIR BEING IN DEMAND ON THE LABOR MARKET [№ 8 ' 2011]
The author examined two approaches to the ranking of the categories of unemployed, that are distinguished by their sex, age, formation, profession, presence of work experience, according to the degree of their being in demand on the labor market. The first approach is based on the regression models of panel data, the second — on the model of binary selection. Both approaches are realized based on the example of data of the center of the employment of the population of Orenburg city.
