The article deals with current issues of the constitutional right of citizens to participate in the administration of justice. Under the constitutional right of citizens of the Russian Federation to participate in the administration of justice should be understood guaranteed by the State and enshrined in the Constitution political right of Russian citizens to be an active participant in the process of administration of justice.
