FEATURES OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SUPPORT OF CRIMINAL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION ^{[№ 3 ' 2013]}
Research of the regulatory issue of application of technical means in criminal legal proceedings. The author's position of the procedural importance of materials of the criminal case collected with application of information and communication technologies is given. Criteria of an assessment of the evidence obtained with application of technical means of fixing of information are allocated. Ways of reforming of the criminal procedure legislation taking into account possibility of use of technical means and the data received with their help, not only as auxiliary tools are designated at investigation and disclosure of crimes, but also fixed assets of recording of investigative actions.

DIRECTIONS, MEANS OF DEFENSE AND METHODS OF ITS REALIZATION DURING PREJUDICIAL PROCEDURE OF CRIMINAL CASE ^{[№ 3 ' 2005]}
Activity of a barrister-defender during prejudicial procedure of criminal case is regarded in this article. All disposable authorities of defender, which are given to him by Procedural Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, are analyzed here. The attempt to solve procedural problems, concerning the law of a barrister to collect evidences, was endeavored in this article.

SOME ASPECTS OF ADVERSARY TRIAL AND PARTIES EQUALITY IN THE RF CPC ^{[№ 3 ' 2004]}
The article considers problem matters of criminal proceedings functions of prosecution, defense and adjudgement on the basis of adversary trial. The author makes proposals on extending discretionary in criminal proceedings: limiting court activity, providing defense lawyer with additional means of defense, consolidating legal status of a victim.
