THE MODIFICATION OF HOMO-LUMO GAP OF "ARMCHAIR" SINGLE-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBES UNDER THE HYDROGEN CHEMISORPTION ^{[№ 9 ' 2014]}
Regular hydrogen chemisorption on "armchair" single-walled carbon nanotubes was investigated by means of quantum chemical computer simulations. The dependence of nanotube's HOMO-LUMO gap on value of hydrogen coverage was for external and internal types of coverage.

The theoretical idea of special legal status of a consumer as a legal category is analyzed in the given paper. There have been revealed contradictions between the general-theoretical notion of legal status and the notion of special studies about the legal status of a consumer. The author's understanding of special legal status of a consumer is offered in the paper. This understanding negates the presence of consumers' special legal personality. There have been established specific features of realization of consumers' special legal status.

This article is devoted to the research of the production reserves structure of oil-chemical complex in Orenburg region. Peculiarities belonging to oil-chemical complex are revealed in this work. The author suggests ways for attainment of reserves optimal meaning for exemption of abstract cash assets. Also he suggests scientific-methodological recommendations of effectiveness increase of productive reserves management with using of economic-mathematical apparatus and optimization models for different conditions of oil-chemical enterprise activity.
